My fourth manuscript is currently with my editor and I am anxiously waiting to hear her appraisal of it.

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a writer's meeting and hear from a panel of authors in different genres. One in particular, John Gile, publisher, author, and speaker, made quite an impression on me when he said: "If you are going to replace a tree with a book, it should enrich lives and be of as much value as that tree."

Lofty thoughts—inspirational thoughts—and something to aspire to...

But it also made me glad that ebooks have come of age and will help save forests!
